So I forgot to mention in the last blog that in addition to Mia rolling over from her back to her belly like an old pro, she has also been sleeping on her stomach for the past 4 or 5 nights! We of course always put her to bed on her back but she has been turning over by herself and in the morning we go in to find her sleeping soundly with her legs tucked up under her, bum high in the air and little face turned to the side! It's the cutest position to sleep in but it still makes me nervous because everyone is always like "back to sleep, back to sleep!" She's doing this on her own though, and several times I have turned her back over onto her back but sure enough, when I go in to check on her a little while later, she is on her stomach again!
Another amazing accomplishment is that she recently began creeping over the last couple days! My mom, the daycare provider and both Matt and me are all witnesses to this "almost crawling" action. She is SO strong and really moves around all the time! Today my mom and I literally watched her move several feet on the couch! Good thing we were there to spot her otherwise she literally would've fallen off the couch! Gotta watch every movement this little girl makes! : )
p.s. My first week back to work has pretty much sucked so far. It was a long and draining week and I still have to get through tomorrow before the weekend! I really miss my little cutie every day!
